Summer is here! (Exclusive rant included in post)

Yay: We're going to be 8th graders next year and dominate the school \(^o^)/ And now summer's here, we can relax (somewhat) our butts off and tan in the sun (hopefully you don't get skin cancer or a sunburn from the activity).
Boo: The teachers are mostly old people. And for those of us in advanced math, we have to learn Geometry. >.<

Summer. What comes to mind? I think of juice, too much sunlight, too much heat, sleeping for 12 hours, staying up late, relaxation, and more time to write my fanfic or marathon animizzle.
Then again, the relaxation part doesn't work. Not if your parents like to enroll you in various classes, with only one of them having potential to help you in life, if any at all. Yesh. Like making you use Rosetta Stone to learn Japanese, enough to get you through an airport, and safely arrive at your hotel in one piece.

The only useful thing that I'll learn this summer will be Geometry. xP anything else, probably not.

That wasn't much of a rant was it?
XP

Yeah.

FYI, these 'HTML' tags are fake. I don't think they'll work. If they do, I'm going to LOL so hard.

Need...more...sleep...

Every day it seems like I get more and more exhausted. I feel like I didn't sleep last night even though I'm sure I did. (I was so tired that I didn't wake up on my own like usual. I had to be dragged out of bed due to my not using alarm clocks.)

It's effecting my athletic performance. At school I can't run as fast as I used to. My mile time has gotten considerably worse...Not far from a minute slower. A real shame since I used to have a mile time just short of 8 minutes. But now it's gone back to old times like 8:45. D: And I usually feel refreshed after I finish a mile. This time it gave me a headache. Luckily, it passed, so I didn't throw up. I dunno what to do. I can't fall asleep early, so I'm kind of stuck.

Even at home...I am painful when I wake up, and when I play Wii Fit on the Wii. Normally I only have mild aches, nothing to worry about, or merely pull my muscles from working too hard. But now my knees are stiff and wobbly and my back hurts too. (Probably because of my worsening posture, but still.) And I feel thirsty more, and hungry less. Like an old person.

Earlier I know I was complaining about my apparent aging. But maybe it's getting worse. Maybe I ought to see a doctor.

Cbox? Should we make one?♫

Hoshi, Ohana, and I have Cboxes.
Anyone else can make one since if we post ours, then all the conversations there would be posted here on this blog. It would be irrelevant and CoNfUsInG! @o@
So yeah.
I think Kuroi, Aoi, and Aozora can.
Aoi & Aozora haven't been on recently, or even posted besides their intros o.o
THE FATE OF THE BLOG RESTS ON YOU KU-CHAN XD
To Aoi and Aozora: This blog is so... achingly...cavernously...EMPTY!!! FILL THE BLOG! FILL THE BLOG! XD Yes, yes. Inside joke from zOMG if you've been to Bass'ken Lake at nighttime in Gaian time. Pink, empty, evil Flying Giftboxes will come out and kill you! Now any non-zOMGer should know. I will be abusing this phrase OVER 9000 times, like how I use any Internet meme. :P
OH YES AND ALSO THERE'S A FAT GRASS FLUFF IN BASS'KEN CALLED MOTHER FLUFF :D

This is hardly home away from home.

Here I am, across the Pacific Ocean, in Shanghai. Just my luck that my relatives have to live in China and not in the USA. This place is not nice.

Normally I like rain. It's good for my dry skin. It's a change from the dry weather in California. But here, rain is disgusting. It's a hassle because you have to carry an umbrella while dodging cars, people, and bikers. Some places, the streets aren't pedestrian-friendly and you have to walk in the street next to the cars. If you don't step carefully mud gets all over your pants.

Oh, and the shops... Sometimes the people inside will give you a plastic bag to put your umbrellas in. That's all well and good, but oftentimes when people are done browsing they just throw the plastic bag on the ground outside the shop...But no one picks it up so it looks really bad. (Our family, at least, kept the bag so it could be reused.)

The car drivers are just bleh. I almost got run over by a car that didn't wait for the pedestrians to cross the street (luckily, my mom grabbed me a split second before). People even run red lights in their haste, and pedestrians have to make a run for it when they can. I just make faces at them since they can't hear me with the street noise. I saw an ambulance outside a shop. There was a guy lying on the ground with weird orange stuff all over him. My mom says he must've been run over by a car because he wasn't responding.

The people themselves are not ones you want to know. Most of them have a "permanent scowl" on their faces. Most people, men in particular, smoke. And in places people dump their trash outside the window because it's the only way to get rid of it. I heard an old man got hit on the head by trash once and died. (The wind blew it towards his head, and it was a long drop, so the trash had picked up speed)

The time difference here is sad too. I have trouble adjusting to time differences. Even now I am usually tired and have a headache. I'll have adjusted soon, but by then I will have to go back home and I only have three days then to adjust back. Not enough time. So I'll be exhausted during school.

Air is polluted around here so even on a clear day the sky looks really dreary. This place really is depressing. Not even bright colors seem pleasant like they would where I live. There isn't much trees or flowers here except maybe in parks or zoo. And a few of those are dead-looking because it's winter.

I really don't understand why my teacher wants to come to Shanghai. (He thinks it's a place where criminals hang out. Maybe that is true.)

The field trip and 'Twilight' both were epic fail.

I mean SERIOUSLY. How much lamer can it get???
The exhibit consisted of:
1. random scribbles on the walls
2. random walls
3. randomER drawings
4. a crappy plan that made the chaperones get bamboozled and not now what the hell they were supposed to do
5. LATE BUSES GAR!!

'Twilight' consisted of:
1. crappy emo actors that wore the wrong things
2. lame dialogue
3. TERRIBLE special effects
4. pointless items i.e. pet cactus, golden onion.
5. GOING WAAY OFF THE BOOK AND KILLING THE GOOD PARTS IF ANY INLUDED IN THE MOVIE (*cough* french kissing *cough*)

So...... I've come to a conclusion:
Leonardo Da Vinci Exhibit + 'Twilight' the movie = HELL BREAKS LOOSE IN THE WORLD BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL DIE FROM HOW CRAPPILY DONE BOTH WERE.
